Welcome to the World of Opportunity Zones and Opportunity Funds

Capital gain investments flooding into OZ tax havens may rapidly displace communities and create outcomes inconsistent with local goals. Which actionable strategies will ensure affordable housing, inclusive, vibrant, resilient neighborhoods?
